Vibrant red Pepperdews are then stuffed with a creamy fetta cheese and placed in oil. They have a small bite to them but the creamy, rich fetta pairs well with it. Great on their own as a snack or, due to their vibrant colour, are a great centerpiece for a large antipasto plate.
