Prosciutto Chunks
Prosciutto Chunks are slow dried and cured with salt which gives the meat a slightly salty flavour. Prosciutto Chunks are generally used for cooking and can be further diced to use in pasta dishes, risotto dishes or fried off and used as a salad topper or to top tray bakes.
