Swiss Gruyere
Swiss Gruyère is a rich, creamy cheese with nutty tones throughout. The flavour of this cheese varies with age with it being nutty when young and taking more of an earthy flavour as it matures. A perfect table cheese that is also great for cooking and melting for fondue.
