Prosciutto with Goats Cheese and Honey

Ingredients
Crusty baguette, cut 8 slices
6 slices Northside Fine Foods Italian prosciutto, torn into strips
8 ripe figs, remove stems and slice
3 tablespoons of honey - for extra flavour, a truffle honey can be used
230g soft goats cheese
Method
1. Spread a tablespoon (or more!) of goats cheese onto each slice of bread
2. Place the prosciutto pieces on top of the cheese and add the fig slices after
3. Drizzle with honey and serve
