Rocket, Parmesan and Italian Prosciutto Salad

Ingredients

100g rocket leaves
120g - 150g Northside Fine Foods Italian Prosciutto
80g Northside Fine Foods Shaved Italian Parmesan
Extra virgin olive oil
Caramelised balsamic vinegar
Pine nuts (optional)

Method

1. Tear the prosciutto slices into smaller pieces
2. Arrange the rocket and the prosciutto slices on your desired serving plate and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and caramelised balsamic vinegar. Should you wish to add pine nuts, sprinkle on top for added crunch!
3. Finally, add the shaved Parmesan slices on top and serve!
